The blonde girl is insane! I asked the guy at the front how long she has been working here, supposedly her name is (jessie) and she is a sub from a different restaurant. She is a complete waste of space in that kitchen. I’m not sure how she came into the manager position acting like this. She was yelling all of the workers, and not helping the situation at all. She knocked a pizza on the floor and blamed another worker. Her hands had pizza sauce on them while she was stretching the dough of another pizza. All of the other workers, However, seemed extremely nice. Somehow they all kept their cool while she was yelling at them. All of the customers in the restaurant were laughing under their breath about how bad of a manager she was. I feel bad for everyone who has to work with her. And PLEASE give the guy at the front with the long hair a raise. He was super nice and helpful throughout the entire 40 minute wait.
3 take and bakes, customer service was 1 star on arrival but 10 star in the short time we waited for our pizza, everyone is has a bad day but it was quickly recognized we were affected by it and 10 star service from that moment on! Thanks for making our visit a great one. Cant wait to come back!
I used to eat at Johnny's when I went to LaTech. I still love to stop and eat there when visiting north Louisiana. The food is still great and worth the wait.
So me and my co worker went there I ask the cashier about the salad bar assuming we was getting the bar. We get our order sit down the lady Catherine claim she the manager come out and say we owe more money I say fine getting ready to pay she then states y’all people do this all the time. I ask for a refund and information to her boss she replied figure out and get out her store we was the only to blacks in there. This poor customer service and I will take further action she fat nasty trashy and rude. I will never eat there again
I ordered online at 7 and for some reasons at 7:48 I'm sitting here waiting still
The place isn't busy at all people are just talking and not doing their jobs and they're all clueless to the online orders that have been sent to them
I've been told twice now that "we're getting on it now " they've had the whole past hour to get on it and get on other peoples foods but for whatever reason they aren't
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that's trying to get their food at a certain time. Go to little Caesars or something that doesn't waste your time
Ordered & paid for one 8 inch pizza and one 10 inch pizza. They sent two 8 inch pizzas but put one in a 10 inch box. I know it's only 2 inches but size matters lol
Got a refund on it from the delivery app & pizza was still bussin so all is fine but like, come on bro
I was greeted by a very RUDE employee.. Service was not good...And after waiting as long as I did..The Pizza wasn't that good..The Johnny's off of Shreveport Barksdale and Preston...I want be going back
Fire everyone that works there. Start over with personnel that shows interest in being professional and courteous. I know it's no one's dream job, and it may be hard finding employees but you can do better.
